+ Once you add the product to your cart, we’ll get you scheduled for a 15-30 min consultation with our amazing doctor, Dr. Passic, where she can review your medical history and discuss your specific wellness & weight loss goals. Please note, to protect her time and yours, there will be a card hold for the product price. This will be processed after your consultation and if approved, will be applied to your product purchase total. 

+ Before the consultation, we will email you a preliminary medical questionnaire. Please complete and submit before meeting with Dr. Passic.
